it's been a while, hello again!

Here's an egg tart and eggroll dog I am very excited about in honor of Dim Sum! I found this delicious hoodie online here (Amazon affiliate link).
I saw it and thought, oh, an egg tart could totally take that eggroll dog for a walk.  This is a classic pairing you see at dimsum often. At a recent outing, I learned there were things such as Portuguese egg tarts!  My cousin brought some to share from Tai Pan when he was visiting New York and they were delicious! I'm sure we'll work on Flow again sometime, but for now, eat up!

update 2025

Just curious if there were people working on this idea, after so many years. here's a video I found that looks related

🧠✨ Designing Interfaces That Adapt to You

In this Stanford Seminar, researchers explore the future of user interfaces—ones that are generative, malleable, and deeply personal. Instead of rigid layouts and one-size-fits-all tools, imagine systems that reshape themselves to fit your workflow, your preferences, and even your personality.

Whether you're a developer, designer, or curious technologist, this talk dives into:

  • How generative UI can reduce cognitive load

  • Why malleability matters for creative control

  • What it means to build interfaces that evolve with the user

🔍 The seminar challenges traditional design paradigms and opens the door to more empathetic, responsive digital experiences.

Watch the full seminar on and rethink what your interface could become.
